Accommodation

I am staying at the fabulous Crowne Plaza hotel located at 12021 Harbour Boulevard Garden Grove, CA, United States.  Crowne Plaza hotel is quite close to the Natural History Museum, one of my venues. The hotel has 14 stories.  The lady at the reception is very helpful and showed me to my room immediately.  The lounge at reception is very comfortable.  I could have almost fallen asleep on the couch but the lady told me that I was next, so I had to be ready.  The hotel offers free breakfast for all their guests. The hotel has a small pool, it is egg shaped and the chlorinated water is very clean and beautiful to swim in. The pool is ideally shaded by the two neighbouring buildings.

From your room, if you look down you will see city views and possibly some palm trees. Room service is offered.  There are free morning newspapers delivered to your room if you want it.

I am staying on the fifth floor and I am really surprised how high I actually am when I look out the window.  I only booked a single room so there is only one bed, but it is the best bed in the world.  It is so comfortable that I want to take it home with me.  I am also impressed at the clean bathroom, it is small but very clean!  My unit also has a small kitchen with a mini fridge.  It has a fresh jug of milk, some sugar, coffee and tea bags.  It has a small TV with some DVDs.  There is also a stereo with some CDs.  

I paid by credit card the total cost is $268.75.   The price for one night is $134.37.
