I will be renting a car from Hertz which is a very reliable and popular car rental company. If you want to rent a car I would highly recommend Hertz because you are bound to get a car that will suit your needs at Hertz and also the prices are outstanding! I will be are going to pick up the car from the Los Angeles Airport which will be easy because when I come off the plane I can go straight to Hertz rental desk.
I arrived at the airport to pick up my rental car I was very excited I couldn't wait to see what my car was going to be like. The lady behind the counter told me everything I needed to know about my car I was also really impressed at the friendly service she gave me. It is a Chevrolet Aveo with air conditioning which I was really pleased about that because I knew it would be hot driving inside the car. It had room for Five people with two pieces of luggage each.
The car has a draw under the back seat on the right for more storage and it is very spacious because it has five seats. It also has airbags for the driver and the passenger.
It runs on regular gas and is one of the most efficient fuel economy cars around. The car came with high theft protection which I was also really pleased about.
To be able to rent a car from Hertz you have to have a valid drivers licence and to prove it you have to show it to the person you are talking to at the front desk. If you don't show your licence you will not be able to pick up your car and you could possibly go to jail. If you want insurance you have to pay extra but if you do it will cover any accidents or incidents you may have while renting the car, so I think its worth it! Everywhere you will travel you will travel in your rental car whether its going from your hotel to lunch or lunch to your venue or back to your hotel again you will be driving.
It costs NZ $148.00 to rent the car per day and in total it costs $592.28 to rent the car for all four days. The total of the petrol costs for getting you from place to place is $226.86. I think this is great value for money.
